There have been changes and below is the requirement and and expectation of you. Please read carefully and then proceed if you still would like to book an appointment. 

• presceen form before appointment(emailed and filled out electronically and sent back to me via email for convenience) Covid sceen must be filled out and sent back to me before every appointment. (this is a mandatory requirement from Ministry of Health and College of Massage Therapy.) If I don't receive this form I cannot treat you. 
• masks to be worn by both you and me for the whole treatment. My rule is if I see your face, mask must be on. (when face down you can move it down while in the cradle) if you don't have one I will provide one for you
• No mask no treatment. This is not negotiable 
• I will have an apron on, mask, and I put on a shield when I am working the neck and shoulders. I can wear gloves if that is your preference. 
• I am no longer accepting cash or cheque. I have a contactless payment option that accepts debit now! Entransfer as well if you have that preference
• one hour gaps between clients to do thorough sanitation as required by MOH and CMTO
